Q: If we miss the charter are there any refunds?
A: If you cancel 24 hours in advance we allow for a full refund or if your cruise shi cancels its call (or is late) to our port you will receive a full refund. Additionally, if we have to cancel for any reason (weather, etc.) you will receive a full refund. If you do not cancel and are a no show there are no refunds.

Q: What if we are running late?
A: We will wait for 30 minutes

Q: Do you provide transportation to Frigate Bay
A: No, Transortation is not provided, but most hotels have taxis readily available.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at Frigate Bay which is aproximately a 10 minute taxi ride from the cruise port, a 2-3 minute taxi ride from the Marriott, and a 15 minute taxi ride from the Park Hyatt.

Q: What about access for those with disabilities?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have access if you have a disability that imairs your movement. If you have questions on this it is best to drop us an email and we can evaluate based on the individual.

Q: Is the charter private?
A: Yes

Q: What about bad weather?
A: Weather can (and may happen), but in the Caribbean it usually blows over quickly. At times we can have a rain cloud roll over us and we have a bimini as well as a very roomy and comfortable cabin. If we feel the weather could potentially be a safety issue we will cancel and notify you prior to departure.

Q: How do we book and pay?
A: You can go to the “contact” tab on this web site and send us an email. Tell us your dates and we will let you know if they are available. Payment can be done via credit card at the yacht or cash.

Q: What should we bring and how should we dress.
A: Dress is casual. Be sure to bring swim attire, towels, sunglasses, and lenty of sunscreen. Although the trip is all-inclusive if you are on the full day charter we will be stopping at Nevis and you will need cash or credit card if you wish to enjoy a world famous killer bee at Sunshine’s. As a note we do ask that you remove your shoes upon boarding the yacht.

Q: Can you accommodate special requests?
A: Yes, simly let us know your needs and or dietary requirements and we will do our best to work with you.
